Construction Materials Testing (CMT) consists of performing various inspections and tests in the field and laboratory for both structural materials of the building (Special Inspections), and site development components to verify products are constructed in accordance with local and national codes, project plans and specifications.

EAS’s team of engineers and inspectors are highly skilled and certified in a wide range of construction observations, testing and inspections to provide owners comfortability in their investment. EAS’s staff utilizes to-date resources from ASTM, ACI, AWS, DOT and ICC to provide our clients with the most innovative inspections and expertise on the market.
