Engineering and Surveying Professionals, Inc. (EAS) is an independently-owned, multi-disciplinary engineering and land surveying firm, headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina and providing services from coast to coast.

EAS’s Greenville headquarters is strategically located to provide cost-effective services to clients throughout the southeastern United States. Satellite offices in Asheville, North Carolina and Summerville, South Carolina provide quick response times and local presence in key markets. Daniel Stiles, PLS

Professional Land Surveyor NC-SC

Daniel Stiles is a founding partner of EAS and has more than 22 years of experience in land surveying and construction management. He has extensive experience in the design of residential subdivisions from inception through master planning, boundary and topographic surveying, construction observation, final approvals, and acceptance. Daniel oversees EAS’s land surveying department with both management and production capabilities. His practice has focused on projects throughout the Carolinas.

Doug Dunko, PE

Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Doug Dunko is a founding partner of EAS and has over 24 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, and construction materials testing. Doug has experience in planning, coordinating, and performing geotechnical projects including: subsurface explorations; site-specific seismic and liquefaction evaluations; rock profiling and sinkhole identification through seismic refraction; retaining wall design; and foundation and pavement forensic evaluations. Doug oversees EAS’s geotechnical and design engineering departments. In addition, Doug has extensive experience with construction materials testing projects, including: large earthen embankments/dams; residential, commercial, and industrial buildings; and specialty inspections of soil, concrete, masonry, and structural steel.
